Apple Vision Pro

Apple just revealed that the Vision Pro headset would be available for purchase in the United States on February 2. Preorders will open on January 19 at 5 a.m. PT. It indicates that the much awaited arrival of the Cupertino company’s new product is less than a month away.

Apple stated in a press release on its website that the device would be accessible on February 2 at both in-store and online locations. That is currently only available to American consumers who shop online and in US retailers. The headset’s global release date was not specified, however Mark Gurman of Bloomberg has stated that he doesn’t think we will have to wait long for it to happen.

Apple Vision Pro Price

It was disclosed in an Apple press release, incidentally, that the $3,499 (around Rs 2,90,876) Vision Pro has 256GB of storage. Given that Apple stated that this is the “beginning” pricing, it is likely that choices with additional storage—and correspondingly higher costs—will be offered. Apple is keeping those variations under wraps for the time being.

Apple Vision pro Availability, Specifications

It’s interesting to note that the press release makes no mention of whether customers will need to visit an Apple Store to get a device fitted correctly or whether Apple would provide training to customers before they take the device home. Users may be able to completely skip the fitting and training process if online purchasing is possible, or Apple may provide further information closer to the launch date.

According to a Mark Gurman X post – on February 2, starting at 8 AM, you can schedule a Vision Pro demo at your neighborhood Apple Store. These demo slots are first-come, first-served for the duration of Friday and the weekend.near its chest.

The Vision Pro represents Apple’s first significant new product line in a long time. Users may watch movies, play games, make video chats, and do a lot more with it since it combines augmented and virtual reality into one device. Its extremely high-end technology is undeniable, but neither that nor its exorbitant $3,499 price tag have received as much attention as they deserve.

It has long been anticipated that customers will also need to have their bespoke Zeiss lenses fitted before purchasing the Vision Pro, since it will be supplied alongside them for people who wear glasses. But in its press release, Apple disclosed the Zeiss lens prices for the first time. Prescription lenses will cost $149, while non-prescription “readers” will cost $99 each. The Vision Pro is magnetically attached to both. The costs are far less than the $300–$600 Gurman had forecasted a few months prior.

What accessories will be included with the headset were described in the press release. A front cover for the headset, two Light Seal cushions, two bands (a Solo Knit band and a Dual Loop band), a USB-C cable, a USB-C power converter, a separate battery, and a polishing cloth are all included.

With a release date set, we can quickly ascertain the number of consumers who are prepared to shell out the cash for Apple’s “spatial computer,” which is regarded by many as the company’s “next big thing.” Although it isn’t anticipated to sell in great quantities, it might have a significant impact, particularly in the rapidly developing virtual reality market.
