Xiaomi 14 will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC with 6.36-inch 1.5K TCL C8 OLED 12 bit display coupled with 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, 3000 nits peak brightness and protected with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. In the camera section Xiaomi 14 has Leica powered 50MP light hunter 900 with OIS primary sensor, 50MP JN1 Ultrawide sensor, 50MP JN1 Telephoto camera with LED flash and 32MP front camera.
Xiaomi 14 has 4610mAh battery with 90W Wired Charging and 50W Wireless charging and the device runs on android 14 with HyperOS on top.
