OPPO and OnePlus have announced that they will integrate Google’s Gemini AI models Gemini 1.0 Ultra to their devices. The Company also aims to be the first to launch features based on the Gemini Ultra platform on smartphones later this year. Integration of Google Gemini will help to offer a more polished experience to OPPO and OnePlus smartphone users.

Nicole Zhang, OPPO and OnePlus General manager of AI products has announced that the both companies have launched multiple Generative AI models for customers in China. This allows more than 10 million users of flagship phones including OPPO Find X7 and OnePlus 12 to use AI-generated content on the go.
OPPO and OnePlus also confirmed they will work to build the perfect mix of hardware, Operating system and ecosystem to “help AI flourish”. Company also mentioned that they are working with a range of partners to deliver ground breaking AI experiences to their users.

Recently OPPO and OnePlus also launched AI eraser which can remove Unwanted objects, Seamless Background Restoration and the feature is recently rollout to selected OPPO and OnePlus smartphones for beta users like OnePlus 12, OnePlus 12R, OnePlus Open, OnePlus 11 and OnePlus Nord CE 4 and in future company will also release this feature to other models.
