iQOO launched its iQOO 12 series in China back in November last year. Now iQOO 13 series details have started surfacing online. iQOO 13 series processor, display, battery & charging details are leaked.

According to Smart Pikachu and Mobile China on Weibo, the iQOO 13 series will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC and the iQOO 13 will come with a flat 1.5K display and the iQOO 13 Pro will come with a 2K curved display and leaks also suggest both models display will be sourced from Samsung instead of BOE.
Both devices might also come with upgraded battery and charging speed exact battery size and charging speed details aren’t revealed.
iQOO 13 series will launch after the launch of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 which is expected in October. So the iQOO 13 series might launch between October – and November.

iQOO 12 Powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC with a 6.78-inch 1.5K OLED display coupled with 144Hz refresh rate, 2160Hz PWM dimming, and 3000 nits peak brightness.
In the camera section, the device has a 50MP OV50H Primary sensor with OIS, 50MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide sensor, 64MP OV64B 3x telephoto lens coupled with LED flash, and 16MP Front camera.
iQOO 12 has a 5000mAh battery with 120W Charging and the device runs on Android 14 with Origin OS on top. The device also features 5G, 4G LTE, Bluetooth v5.4, Wi-Fi 7, GPS, NFC and stereo speakers, an IR blaster, an X-axis haptics motor, an IP64 rating, and an in-display fingerprint sensor.
iQOO 12 offers up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB UFS 4.0 Internal storage and the device has up to 8.35mm thickness and weighs 203.7 grams ‘depending on color variant’.
