Google launched its Pixel 9 series with the in-house Tensor G4 chipset. Now, as anticipated, the upcoming Pixel 10 series is expected to be powered by the Tensor G5. Recently, the Tensor G5 has reportedly made an early appearance on Geekbench.

The Tensor G5, listed on Geekbench under the codename “Google Frankel,” reveals details about its configuration and performance. According to the listing, the Tensor G5 is an octa-core processor with a 1+5+2 architecture. The CPU includes one Cortex X4 Prime core clocked at 3.4GHz, five Cortex-A725 performance cores at 2.86GHz, and two power-efficient cores at 2.44GHz.
