Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE launch timeline
Ross Young, co-founder and CEO of Display Supply Chain Consultants (DSCC), shared on X (formerly Twitter) that Samsung’s upcoming budget-friendly foldable might be called the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE. According to Young, this device is likely to debut in 2025.
In response to a follow-up post on X, Young suggested that the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE could feature the same display as the flagship Galaxy Z Flip 7. However, the device may have different camera and processor configurations. A previous report also indicated that the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE could be powered by the Exynos 2400 SoC.
While no additional details have surfaced, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE is expected to follow the trend of previous FE models, offering slightly scaled-down specifications compared to its flagship counterpart. If priced competitively, it could become Samsung’s most affordable flip phone, attracting budget-conscious buyers looking for a foldable experience.
