Xiaomi launched its 2024 flagship series, the Xiaomi 15, in China this October, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. Following its Chinese debut, the series is now preparing for its global rollout, as indicated by recent FCC certification listings.
Xiaomi 15 FCC storage options (leaked)
According to a report by 91Mobiles, the Xiaomi 15 has been listed in the FCC database under the model number 24129PN74G. The inclusion of the letter “G” at the end in the model number suggests this is the global variant.
The certification confirms that the device will be available in two storage configurations: one with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, and another with 12GB of RAM paired with 512GB of storage. It also specifies that the global variant will run on Xiaomi HyperOS 2.0 based on Android 15.
In terms of connectivity, the Xiaomi 15 global version will support multiple Bluetooth standards, NFC functionality, wireless power transfer, and GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System). Additionally, the device’s Wi-Fi capabilities include support for the 2.4GHz and dual 5GHz frequency bands.
While no further details have been revealed through the certification, the Xiaomi 15 is expected to maintain most of the specifications found in its Chinese counterpart.
