Details about the Galaxy S25 Slim’s specifications and launch timeline were shared on X (formerly Twitter) by tipster Debayan Roy (@Gadgetsdata) in a post. Here’s everything we know so far.
According to the leak, the Galaxy S25 Slim will carry the model number SM-S937x/DS and feature a 6.6-inch display. In the camera department, the device is tipped to sport a 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HP5 primary sensor, accompanied by two 50MP ISOCELL JN5 sensors for ultrawide and telephoto photography. The telephoto lens is said to offer 3.5x optical zoom.
Under the hood, the Galaxy S25 Slim is expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, the same processor rumored to be used in the other Galaxy S25 series models. The phone could pack a battery with a capacity ranging between 4,700mAh and 5,000mAh.
