OnePlus has finally launched its awaited 13 series of smartphones. There are two different models in the series, the OnePlus 13 and 13R. Alongside the smartphones, the firm also launched a new variant of its OnePlus Buds Pro 3. But one interesting thing announced at the event was a new 180-day free smartphone replacement policy. OnePlus 13-Series Users Will Get 180-day Phone Replacement Plan
OnePlus has officially announced during the launch that the customers who buy the 13 series devices between January 10th to February 13th will get a free phone replacement plan without any additional cost. The plan will be valid for 180 days from the date of purchase.
After February 14th, the buyers who are interested in getting the plan can get it separately by paying for it. The users buying the OnePlus 13 will have to pay Rs 2599 while the buyer’s getting the 13R will have to pay Rs 2299.
The plan is designed to instill confidence in buyers. In the unlikely event that any hardware damage occurs due to a quality issue within the first 180 days, the brand will replace the device at no cost.
