The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) recently issued an order to all the telecom operators in India. The order was about the release of voice-only plans. Following this, Reliance Jio and Vodafone Idea (Vi) introduced their voice and SMS-only plans. And now, Airtel has also released its voice-only recharger plans in the country.
Airtel’s New Voice Only Pan is Rs 30 and Rs 110 Cheaper
Airtel has announced two new voice-only plans in India. One plan has a total validity of 84 days while the other one has a validity of 365 days. The former plan costs Rs 469 while the latter one is priced at Rs 1849.
If you recharge with the Rs 469 plan, then you will get a total of 900 SMS and unlimited calling for 84 days duration. The Rs 1849 plan will also have unlimited calling but with a total of 3600 SMS and an extended validity of 365 days. Both plans also come with free caller tune and three-month Apollo 24/7 circle memberships.
If you want the same plan with data allowance, then Airtel has plans for this as well. The 84-day plan with the same benefits as the voice-only plan and an extra 7GB of data will cost you Rs 548, whereas the 365-day plan with 30GB of data will cost you Rs 2249.
