iPhone 16e Production and Export Details
Apple has confirmed that the iPhone 16e is being assembled in India and will also be exported to international markets. In response to a query, the company stated, “The entire iPhone 16 lineup, including the iPhone 16e, is being assembled in India for Indian consumers as well as for export to select countries.” (via Economic Times)
While Apple did not specify which countries will receive the exported units, it is expected that the device will be shipped to various Asian markets. This move aligns with Apple’s existing strategy, as the company has already been manufacturing previous base models, including the iPhone 15, iPhone 14, and iPhone 13, in India.
