At Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025 in Barcelona, HMD introduced a range of new consumer tech products, including the HMD Fusion X1, HMD Barça Fusion, HMD Barça 3210, HMD Amped Buds, and HMD 2660 Flip.
HMD Fusion X1
At its MWC 2025 event, Human Mobile Devices (HMD) unveiled the HMD Fusion X1, a smartphone designed to address parental concerns about children’s online safety. The device features a 108MP AI-powered camera, a 5000mAh battery, and face and fingerprint unlock technology. It also boasts IP54 splash resistance and retains a 3.5mm headphone jack. The HMD Fusion X1 is priced at GBP 229 (around Rs 25,204) and will be available for order in May 2025.
HMD Barça Fusion & HMD Barça 3210
Catering to football fans, HMD has collaborated with FC Barcelona to launch the HMD Barça Fusion and HMD Barça 3210. The Barça Fusion is a smartphone that glows under UV light, revealing player signatures and exclusive team-themed Easter eggs. It is priced at GBP 229 (around Rs 25,204)
The Barça 3210, a feature phone inspired by the club’s legacy, comes in Blaugrana colors and includes hidden messages from players along with the iconic Snake game set on a virtual football pitch. It is priced at GBP 79 (Rs 8,694)
HMD Amped Buds
The HMD Amped Buds are the world’s first wireless earbuds with a reverse-charging case. The 1,600mAh case can magnetically charge compatible smartphones, ensuring users stay powered up on the go.
The earbuds also offer Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) for crystal-clear calls, and customizable EQ settings via a dedicated app. The Amped Buds will sell for GBP 169 (around Rs 18,600)
HMD 2660 Flip
The HMD 2660 Flip features a 2.8-inch QVGA main display, a 1.77-inch secondary screen, large tactile buttons, and a 0.3MP camera. It also includes an emergency button for added security. The HMD 2660 Flip will be available for GBP 69 (around Rs 7,594)
