OnePlus recently announced that they’re going to launch a new compact flagship smartphone, the OnePlus 13T. It is now confirmed that it would be the first smartphone to feature a Quick Key button, replacing the alert slider.
OnePlus 13T will feature all-new Quick Key button
The President of OnePlus’ Chinese division, Li Jie Louis, has shared an official teaser revealing the new Quick Key on the upcoming OnePlus 13T. The button is located on the left side frame of the smartphone. It will replace the company’s legendary Alert Slider.
The Quick Key button will be kind of similar to the Action Button we get on the Apple iPhones. According to the official, the new button will serve as an upgrade over the existing Alert Slider button.
Some of its basic functions include switching between mute, vibration and ringing modes. Per some sources, the button will be customisable, meaning, we can change its functionality based on our preferences.
