The start of the year 2025 has been quite good for Nothing. The company has already unveiled two different devices; the Nothing Phone (3a) and (3a) Pro. Whereas the CMF Phone 2, Phone 2 Pro and Nothing Phone (3) is lineup for the reveal. The brand is currently working on the launch of CMF Phone 2 Pro and out of nowhere, we now have an official update on the launch timeline of Nothing Phone (3).
Nothing Phone (3) is set to hit the market on Q3 2025
One of the users on X/Twitter asked the CEO of Nothing, Carl Pei, regarding the launch of the upcoming Nothing Phone (3). Responding to which, the official mentioned that the device will launch in Q3 2025, which converts to the timeline starting from July to September.
For reference, the predecessor, Nothing Phone (2), was launched officially on July 11th in 2023. So it would be safe to assume that the Nothing Phone (3) may launch in the same month only.
But since the product is still in the development phase, we do not know anything major about the specifications or features of the smartphone. A recently leaked email from Carl Pie, however, reveals that the Phone (3) will introduce a breakthrough innovation in user interface and is said to be the brand’s entry point towards the AI-powered platform. So this gives us a hit that Phone (3) might get a huge NothingOS overhaul with tons of new AI features.
