Acer smartphones have been confirmed to launch in India and it is currently listed on microsite Amazon India with a tagline “The Next Horizon” and launch date. The brand will launch its Acer smartphone in this month only, however, the brand hasn’t revealed the marketing name yet. To recall, Indkal Technologies announced a partnership with Acer in July, 2024 to launch new Acer smartphones in the country. While the launch was planned for late 2024, it seems that they will launch the device soon. Here’s everything you need to know.
Acer smartphones launch date is announced
Acer confirmed the launch of their new Acer branded upcoming smartphones in India on March 25th. The device has been listed on the microsite Amazon India with a tagline “The Next Horizon.” In the Amazon listing page, we can see the astronaut floating in space with a glowing ring in the background.
The listing doesn’t reveal the name of the Acer smartphones, the partnership announcement from last year said the phone will be priced between ₹15,000 and ₹50,000. By seeing the price tag, it’s likely that the company is aiming for a big target which would be a budget and a premium lineup. Additionally, the partnership confirmed that the Acer smartphone will feature “robust specifications and advanced software technologies.”
Moreover, the brand has confirmed that the phones would be manufactured in India only and it will be available for purchase via Amazon, e-commerce platform, and other offline retail stores. As of now, the brand hasn’t confirmed anything about the specs, not even revealed the marketing name. But we can expect the other details and name in the upcoming days, as the launch is near.
