Apple is reportedly working on the next generation of MacBook Air and iPad Air. The upcoming MacBook Air is rumoured to be powered by the same Apple M4 chipset that powers the current lineup of MacBook Pro. The CEO of the brand has now teased the launch of an upcoming ‘Air’ device.
Apple CEO Tim Cook teases the launch of upcoming ‘Air’ device
The CEO of Apple, Tim Cook, has shared a short teaser video on his X (formerly Twitter) platform. The video comes with a message that reads “There’s something in the Air.” The caption of the video reads “This week”. This confirms that an’ lineup device is launching this week.
For your reference, popular Apple insider Mark Gurman on his Bloomberg’s report had previously tipped that Apple is working on the launch of MacBook Air, followed by the next generation of iPad Air. And now since we have an official teaser, we can predict that the device launching this week is none other than the MacBook Air M4.
Rumours reveal that the upcoming MacBook Air will be powered by Apple M4 chipset, the same chip that powers the current lineup of MacBook Pro. The device is tipped to get 32GB of RAM and a 12-megapixel centre stage camera. It may get a nano-texture display option as well.
