In India the rolling out of 5G services recently started and now China labs got 100 Gbps Wireless data speed on 6G. According to reports by Chinese Government mouthpiece Global Times, the 100 Gbps Wireless data speed on 6G was conducted by 25th Institution of Second Academy of China Aerospace Science and Industry.
This is the First Successful Wireless Transmission was made at speed of THz (terahertz) frequency and which is said to be one of the most important component in 6G Technology and the the THz frequency band can large amount of bandwidth and it will offer better performance and lower latency compared to Optical Fiber Network.
For now the Fiber network is still the most preferred way to transmit the data from one place to another over the Wireless way, because the Fiber Network is also a reliable and consistent way with consistent speed.
China and the US have already started working on 6G and India is also participating in the 6G race. According to the Indian government the 6G Infrastructure will launch by 2029. South Korea plans to launch the 6G by 2028.
