HONOR is gearing up to unveil its new smartphone, the HONOR Power, on April 15th in China. While official teasers have only given us a glimpse of its front design, a new leak has now spilled some of the key hardware specifications of the upcoming device.
HONOR Power smartphone key specs
Renowned tipster Digital Chat Station revealed via Weibo that the HONOR Power will be powered by Qualcomm’s SM7550 chipset, which translates to the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3. He further shares that the phone will use a 6.78-inch LTPS OLED with 1.5K resolution and PWM dimming support.
What truly sets the phone apart is its massive 8,000mAh battery, which will be paired with 80W fast charging. Despite this huge battery, official teasers suggest the device will feature a slim design and a durable build, making it one of the sleekest smartphones with a battery of this size.
On the front, the phone sports a centre-aligned pill-shaped cutout, hinting at a possible dual front camera setup for selfies and facial recognition.
