Infinix has unveiled its first tri-folding smartphone concept – the Infinix ZERO Series Mini, ahead of MWC (Mobile World Congress) 2025. This would be the first tri-folding smartphone after Huawei. As of now, it’s just a concept from the brand and could be shown at upcoming MWC 2025. However, this smartphone comes with dual hinges and a tri-folding mechanism that folds upwards, not like the Huawei Tri-folding mechanism. Here’s everything you need to know.
Infinix ZERO Series – Tri-Folding phone concept revealed
The Infinix ZERO Series Mini is the world’s second tri-folding smartphone. Earlier this month, Huawei launched its first tri-folding smartphone around the world. Infinix just revealed the concept of its tri-folding smartphone and it could be shown at the upcoming MWC 2025. The event will be held at Barcelona in Spain from March 2nd to March 6th, 2025. However, the Infinix ZERO series mini comes with clam-shell like design, while Huawei’s tri-folding smartphone comes with a notebook-style design.
According to Infinix, their Infinix ZERO Series Mini tri-folding phone features a special strap accessory that can be attached to the bicycle’s handlebar, gym equipment, and car dashboard. In addition , the strap can be used for mounting the tri-folding phone on a bag strap.
Infinix ZERO Series Mini comes with a dual-camera at the back along with a flashlight and a punch hole camera in the front. Although the brand imagines that its tri-folding phone will replace external gadgets with just a ‘single’ adaptable solution. However, the brand hasn’t shared much information about its tri-folding smartphone and pricing.
