iQOO is set to launch its next flagship smartphone, the iQOO 13, in China this month, with an Indian release expected later this year. Ahead of the official debut, iQOO has revealed key details about the display technology featured in the upcoming device.
iQOO 13 display details
During the Vivo Developer Conference held in China, iQOO shared important details about the iQOO 13’s display, according to a report by Gizmochina. The iQOO 13 will be the first smartphone to feature BOE’s latest Q10 luminous material. This new technology brings significant improvements in brightness, color accuracy, power efficiency, and overall display longevity.
Official information confirms that the Q10 material enhances the iQOO 13’s display by increasing peak brightness by 12.5%, reducing color deviation by over 50%, extending the display lifespan by 33%, lowering motion blur by 15%, and reducing power consumption by 10%.
Besides the display, iQOO also confirmed that the iQOO 13 will be among the first batch of smartphones to run on OriginOS 5, Vivo’s custom operating system based on Google’s latest Android 15.
