According to 91Mobiles with courtesy tipster Ishan Agarwal, iQOO Neo 9 powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC with 6.78-inch AMOLED display coupled with 2800 x1260 pixel resolution, 120Hz refresh rate. In the camera section 50MP primary sensor with OIS, 8MP ultrawide sensor with LED flash and 16MP front camera.
