iQOO will launch its iQOO Neo 9 series in China later this month. iQOO Neo 9 schematics design are revealed, iQOO Neo 9 Pro also spotted on 3C certification. iQOO Neo 9 Pro will be powered by Mediatek Dimensity 9300 SoC, Q1 Chip with 6.78-inch OLED display coupled with 144Hz refresh rate.

According to tipster Yogesh Brar, iQOO Neo 9 Pro will be powered by Mediatek Dimensity 9300 SoC, Q1 Chip with 6.78-inch OLED display coupled with 144Hz refresh rate. In the camera section iQOO Neo 9 Pro has 50MP Sony IMX920 Primary sensor, 50MP sensor with LED flash and 16MP front camera.
iQOO Neo 9 Pro has 5000mAh battery with 120W charging and the device runs on android 14 with Origin OS on top. iQOO Neo 9 Pro also features IR blaster, In-display fingerprint sensor.
Possibly iQOO Neo 8 will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, with similar specs as iQOO Neo 9 Pro.
