Mediatek launched its Mediatek Dimensity 6300 SoC and it is based on 6nm architecture. Mediatek Dimensity 6300 is an upgrade over Mediatek Dimensity 6100+ SoC and Dimensity 6300 offers improved performance and power efficiency.
Mediatek Dimensity 6300 SoC Specifications and features
Mediatek Dimensity 6300 SoC has 2 ARM cortex-A76 clocked at 2.4GHz and 6x ARM cortex-A55 cores clocked at 2.0GHz and Mali-G57MC2 GPU. Mediatek Dimensity 6300 supports FHD+ display coupled with 120Hz refresh rate. In the camera section Mediatek Dimensity 6300 supports up to 108MP Primary sensor and 16MP Dual configurations.
Mediatek Dimensity 6300 supports dual band Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth v5.2 and it also has integrated 5G model compliant with the 3GPP release 16 standard.
Mediatek Dimensity 6300 supports LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.2 Internal storage.
Mediatek Dimensity 6300 will be powered in mid-range 5G smartphone which will start launching soon later this year. Realme C65 will be powered by Mediatek Dimensity 6300 SoC.
