Mediatek is taiwanese Chip manufacturing company. They manufactured smartphone SoC for every price segment smartphones. Now Mediatek launched its upgraded version of Dimensity 920 SoC that is Dimensity 1080 SoC which offers quite more compared to it’s predecessor.
Mediatek Dimensity 1080 SoC
The most unique thing about Dimensity 1080 SoC is that it supports 200MP Primary camera sensor and it supports 5G and In CPU it is crafted with two cortex-A78 Performance cores at a speed from (2.5GHz – 2.6GHz) and in the GPU section it has Mali-G68.
The Mediatek Dimensity 1080 SoC is built on 6nm Fabrication in terms of gaming it offers Hyper engine 3.0 along with sub 6GHz 5G, WiFi 6, bluetooth v5.2, 120Hz refresh rate, etc and rest of all things are similar to the Dimensity 920 SoC. according to the Mediatek the smartphone which is powered by Mediatek Dimensity 1080 SoC will available from Q4 of 2022
