Nothing will launch its Nothing Phone (2a) in India and Globally on March 5th. Now the company officially confirmed the processor details of Nothing Phone (2a). Nothing Phone (2a) will be powered by Mediatek Dimensity 7200 Pro SoC which is a custom chipset Co-engineer by Nothing & Mediatek.

Nothing’s “What’s in Nothing Phone (2a)” video, it is officially confirmed the device will be powered by Mediatek Dimensity 7200 Pro SoC. “Pro” due to Nothing worked with Mediatek to Co-engineer this custom chipset to feature better Hardware/Software integration.

Eg: Nothing tuned the power draw of certain components like display IC, Modem to be more efficient by 10 percent and the Nothing team also developed some feature specifically for this chipset and that feature called “Smart Clean” deep clean by which the upcoming Nothing Phone (2a) will offer fast read & write for longer time period.

Nothing team also made the optimization with Mediatek Dimensity 7200 Pro by which users can get double the transfer speed with Windows computers.

Nothing Phone (2a) (expected) Specifications

Nothing Phone (2a) will be powered by Mediatek Dimensity 7200 Pro SoC with 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED display coupled with 120Hz refresh rate. In the camera section Nothing Phone (2a) has a 50MP Samsung GN9 sensor, 50MP JN1 sensor with LED flash and a 32MP Sony IMX615 front camera.

Nothing Phone (2a) has a 4,290mAh battery with 45W charging and the device runs on android 14 with Nothing OS 2.5 on top.

Nothing Phone (2a) will offer up to 12GB RAM and 256GB Internal storage. Nothing Phone (2a) will be available in Black, White color options.
