Nothing Phone (3a) Series Processor and Camera Details

In a post on X, Carl Pei, CEO and co-founder of Nothing, shared a video revealing that the Nothing Phone (3a) series will be powered by a Snapdragon chipset. This marks a shift from the MediaTek Dimensity SoCs used in the Nothing Phone (2a) series.

Discussing performance improvements, Pei stated that the Snapdragon-powered Phone (3a) delivers 25% faster CPU performance and a 72% faster NPU compared to the MediaTek Dimensity 7350 Pro SoC, which powers the Nothing Phone (2a) Plus. Additionally, he hinted at enhanced and more efficient cameras in the upcoming series.

While the company has not disclosed the exact Snapdragon chipset or camera specifications, leaks suggest that the Nothing Phone (3a) series will be equipped with the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 SoC and a triple rear camera setup, including a telephoto lens.
