According to a Weibo post by popular Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station, the OnePlus 13 will be equipped with up to 24GB of LPDDR5X RAM. It will be among the first flagship phones to feature 24GB LPDDR5X RAM, indicating that other flagship models may also offer this configuration. The tipster also predicts that the price of the top-tier version will be higher than previous models.
