Recently Many OnePlus users are complaining that they are facing the Green line issue on their OnePlus devices. According to users, after they update their devices then the device is turned on with permanent Green Line.

OnePlus has given a statement to Android Authority, Where company announced they will be offering the free screen replacement on devices that are affected by the Green Line issue. This lifetime screen warranty is applied on all OnePlus devices.

But Currently OnePlus only announced this offer in India.

OnePlus also offering discount to upgrade the devices

OnePlus will give the Free screen replacement on OnePlus devices, However the company stated they don’t have enough spare parts available for the OnePlus 8T, OnePlus 8 Pro, OnePlus 9, and the OnePlus 9R. 

In this case, OnePlus will offer the discount coupon worth Rs 25,500 and users will use that coupon on the OnePlus website to purchase any new device, Company also giving Rs 4,500 Bonus if user upgrades on the OnePlus 10R. “But Rs 4,500 bonus only applicable when the user upgrades on the OnePlus 10R”.
