OPPO has officially teased the Reno 14 series launch in China through a Weibo post. While the exact date isn’t out yet, promotional campaigns running from May 1 to May 28 hint at a mid-May release. The lineup is expected to include a standard and a Pro variant, succeeding the Reno 13 series.
OPPO Reno 14 series is launching soon: what to expect?
The OPPO Reno 14 series might bring some notable upgrades. Leaked images suggest an iPhone-inspired square camera bump and a premium aluminium frame. Instead of curved screens, the new models could opt for flat 1.5K displays, similar in size to their predecessors.
Under the hood, a 6,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging could be in the works, promising longer usage and quicker top-ups. While the standard model may stick to conventional cameras, the Pro variant might get a periscope lens for better zoom capabilities.
After its China debut, the Reno 14 series is expected to launch in India, following the Reno 13’s pricing, which started at Rs 37,999. More details should surface as OPPO begins its official teasers
