POCO has officially confirmed the launch of the POCO C71 in India. The brand has also revealed key details about the design and specifications ahead of its official debut.
POCO C71 India Launch Date, Design, and Key Specifications
In an X post, POCO announced that the POCO C71 will launch in India on April 4th. It will serve as the successor to the POCO C61, which was introduced in the country last year.
The POCO C71 will feature a 6.88-inch HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, making it the largest display in the sub-Rs. 7,000 price segment. POCO has confirmed that the device will be equipped with a 5,200mAh battery, supporting 15W fast charging. The box will include a compatible charger.
For photography, the smartphone will sport a 32MP primary rear camera, accompanied by a secondary sensor. On the front, it will house an 8MP selfie camera. Under the hood, the POCO C71 will be powered by an octa-core processor, promising an AnTuTu score of over 300K. The device will feature 6GB of RAM along with an additional 6GB of virtual RAM. It will also offer a microSD expansion slot, allowing storage expansion of up to 2TB.
The smartphone will run on Android 15 out of the box. POCO has committed to providing two years of OS updates and four years of security updates. Additional features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 3.5mm audio jack, and dual-band Wi-Fi support.
The POCO C71 will be available in three color options: Power Black, Cool Blue, and Desert Gold. It will also feature an IP52 rating for dust and splash resistance. Following its launch, the smartphone will be available for purchase exclusively on Flipkart.
