Qualcomm launched another Processor under 4 series, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC launched, Qualcomm packed the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 with many upgrades compared to its Predecessor. According to reports, Redmi Note 12R will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 built on 4nm architecture, the Kryo CPU offer up to 2.2 GHz peak performance, 10 percent better CPU performance. Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 supports FHD+ with 120Hz refresh.
In the camera section, the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 supports electronic image stabilization EIS and faster autofocus, blur free clear images even if the subject is moving. Qualcomm offers MCTF for the first time in 4 Gen series SoC Multi camera temporal filtering built in hardware to reduce the unwanted noise from background and make a High – Quality videos.
In the charging section, the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 offers Qualcomm Quick 4.0 technology that can charge the battery up to 50 percent in 15 Mins. Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 has new AI enhancements like: AI based low light for crisp detailed images in low light environment, AI based unwanted background Noise reduction while calling & making Videos.
Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 has Qualcomm’s X61 5G modem RF system, WiFi 5, etc. Smartphones Powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 will be available in the market from Second half of 2023.
