On January 23rd, Samsung inaugurated its first Online-to-Offline (O2O) lifestyle store in India at Jio World Plaza Mall, Mumbai. Samsung BKC spread across 8,000 sq ft in Jio World Plaza which is located in Mumbai’s central business hub of Bandra Kurla Complex.
Samsung Online-to-Offline (O2O) lifestyle store
Samsung Online-to-Offline store will showcase Samsung’s top of the line premium products through curated experiences and real life scenarios. This store will also have Samsung’s widest portfolio ranging from phones, televisions, refrigerators, washing machines and other products leveraging the power of Samsung’s AI ecosystem.
The store will cater to premium consumers and technology enthusiasts. It will offer Samsung’s latest AI experiences from ‘AI’ for all consumer products to ‘Galaxy AI’ for mobile devices. Samsung BKC store offers a selection of products with over 1,200 choices from the online digital catalog and you will also get in-store staff assistance.
Products purchased from Samsung BKC will not only be delivered in Mumbai, it will also be delivered in entire India. Customers in Mumbai will have the option to buy online from Samsung’s official website and pick up from the store within two hours.
Customers can take Online and Offline appointments and request pickup service of their device and stores also offer same day repair of the device.
Samsung BKC is divided into eight unique lifestyle zones to showcase how Samsung’s connected multi-device ecosystem (SmartThings). These zones include Hobby Room, Home Office, Home Atelier, Home Cafe, Connected Kitchen, Intelligent Closet, Private Cinema and Mobile zone.
Samsung BKC store also offer personalization and customization options for mobiles & consumer electronic products. Customers can also customize their smartphone covers on their own.
Customers purchasing two or more SmartThings-enabled products will be offered a free SmartThings Installation & setup along with product through service engineers. Samsung will offer assured gifts including up to 2 percent loyalty points on the purchase of selected Samsung products and up to 20 percent off on selected models of television and monitors, up to 5 percent additional cashback on refrigerator and washing machines and Galaxy Buds FE at Rs 2,999 on purchase of selected Galaxy devices.
