Samsung is preparing to introduce its latest Galaxy A series smartphones in 2025, with the Samsung Galaxy A56 5G as one of the eagerly awaited models. With the launch approaching, new leaks continue to surface, now revealing the camera details of the Galaxy A56.
Samsung Galaxy A56 leaked camera specs details
The Netherlands-based blog GalaxyClub.nl has disclosed the color options and camera setup of the Galaxy A56 in a recent report. According to the report, the Galaxy A56 will come equipped with a 50MP primary camera, a 12MP ultrawide lens, and a 5MP macro lens. The primary camera is expected to support Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). This triple-camera configuration mirrors that of the Galaxy A55 and Galaxy A54 models.
Interestingly, it appears Samsung is set to update the front camera. Since 2020, the Galaxy A series has featured a 32MP selfie camera, starting with the Galaxy A51. For the Galaxy A56, Samsung is likely to introduce a 12MP front-facing sensor, marking a shift in its approach to selfies.
No further details have been shared regarding other specifications. However, the Galaxy A56 is also rumored to be one of the first devices to feature the Exynos 1580 SoC, paired with the recently announced Xclipse 540 GPU. The Galaxy A56 is expected to launch after the Galaxy S25 series debut.
