Samsung Galaxy G Fold: Expected Launch, Display Size & Other Details
According to a Naver blog post by yeux1122, citing industry sources, Samsung’s first triple-screen foldable phone will be called the Galaxy G Fold. The device is expected to debut in Q3 2025.
In line with the Galaxy Z Fold series’ naming pattern, the “G” in Galaxy G Fold likely refers to its G-shaped folding mechanism, where the left and right sides fold inward to fully enclose the display.
The report further reveals that the Galaxy G Fold could feature a 9.96-inch display, making it nearly 30% larger than the 7.6-inch screen on the Galaxy Z Fold 6. When folded, the phone is expected to have a height of approximately 6.54 inches, similar to a standard smartphone. Additionally, the G Fold is said to incorporate newly developed displays and protective films, setting it apart from the current Z-series foldables.
