According to an X user, Tarun Vats shared a screenshot of his conversation with Samsung support regarding the screen replacement offer. Samsung representative tells to Mr Tarun that the newly supported models for the free screen replacement are applicable on
- Galaxy S21 (SM-G991B)
- Galaxy S21+ (SM-G996B)
- Galaxy S21 Ultra (SM-G998B)
- Galaxy S22 Ultra (SM-S908E)
These devices are already included in this list:
- Galaxy S20 (SM-G980F)
- Galaxy S20+ (SM-G985F)
- Galaxy S20 Ultra (SM-G988B)
- Galaxy Note 20 (SM-N980F)
- Galaxy Note 20 Ultra (SM-N986B)
As a part of the offer, you can get the replacement of the OCTA assembly, battery, and Rework kit. But this offer is only applicable on those devices which are purchased within three years of purchase.
This offer is also valid for those users whose devices are out of warranty, But the device doesn’t have any Water or Physical damage. However, this offer of free screen replacement is valid till April 30th, 2024 and it is a one-time offer.
