According to tipster Evan Blass shared a GIF of Galaxy Unpacked, Samsung Galaxy S24 launching on January 18th, 2024 at 3:00 AM KST which is January 17th at 11:30 PM IST. Tipster also shared a Screenshot which revealed the phones that are tested and approved for the AT&T network and Samsung Galaxy S24 series is in the list.
In the GIF shared by tipster in the starting, Google Bard is appearing then “Galaxy AI is coming” is showing. Which confirmed the earlier report, Samsung Galaxy S24 series, Tensor powered pixel phone to get the AI assistant with Bard first.

According to renders by Android Headlines, Samsung Galaxy S24 there is not any major design changement, except the flat edges instead of CURVED edges.
