Samsung has officially announced that the Galaxy S25 series will be unveiled on January 22nd, 2025. For the first time in the lineup, the brand is introducing a new compact model alongside the flagship series. Ahead of its release, the Galaxy S25 Slim has been spotted on Geekbench, revealing significant details about its hardware and software.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim Geekbench details

A Samsung device with the model number SM-S937U, believed to be the Galaxy S25 Slim, has been listed on the Geekbench database. The listing reveals that the smartphone is powered by an octa-core processor, with six cores clocked at 3.53 GHz and two cores running at 4.47 GHz. 

Notably, the device features a custom version of the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, which boasts slightly higher clock speeds compared to standard devices equipped with the same chipset. This customization follows a trend seen in earlier Samsung flagships, such as the Galaxy S23 Ultra.

In addition to its processor details, the Geekbench listing confirms that the Galaxy S25 Slim is equipped with 12GB of RAM and runs on Android 15. Regarding performance, the device scored 3005 points in the single-core tests and 6945 points in the multi-core tests on Geekbench.
