Samsung has officially scheduled its Galaxy Unpacked event for January 22nd, where the highly anticipated Galaxy S25 series is expected to make its debut. The lineup will reportedly include three models: the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra. Additionally, a compact model, dubbed the Galaxy S25 Slim, is rumored to launch in May 2025. Ahead of its release, CAD-based renders of the Galaxy S25 Slim have leaked online, offering a closer look at its design.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim renders and dimensions
Renowned tipster Steve H.McFly (better known as @OnLeaks), in collaboration with Smartprix, has shared CAD-based renders, along with a 360° video and detailed dimensions of the Galaxy S25 Slim.
According to the renders, the Galaxy S25 Slim will feature a flat display with ultra-thin bezels, measuring approximately 6.7 to 6.8 inches. The back panel is also flat and houses a triple-camera setup alongside an LED flash, with a design reminiscent of the Galaxy S24 series.
The phone is constructed with a metal frame featuring flat sides. In terms of dimensions, the Galaxy S25 Slim will measure 159 x 76 x 6.4mm. The phone is tipped to have a depth of 6.4mm without the camera module and 8.3mm thick including the camera module.
