The US variant of the Galaxy S25 Ultra, identified by its model number, has appeared in Geekbench’s database. The listing confirms that the device will feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset, paired with 12GB of RAM. It will also ship with Android 15 out of the box.
In Geekbench 6, the Galaxy S25 Ultra achieved 3,069 points in the single-core test and 9,080 points in the multi-core test. The chipset tested shows a base clock speed of 2.90 GHz, with the maximum clock speed reaching up to 4.19 GHz.
