POCO has launched its POCO M7 Pro 5G in India in December 2024, which is a mid-range smartphone. According to reports and the Google Play Console listing, the POCO M7 5G front design and some other specs have been revealed. Here’s what you need to know.
POCO M7 5G Google Play Console Listing
The POCO M7 Pro 5G was launched in India in December 2024, along with the POCO C75 5G, as a budget-friendly smartphone. Now, the POCO M7 5G has appeared on the Google Play Console listing, which confirms it will be powered by the SM4450 chipset. That’s nothing but Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC, paired with an Adreno 613 GPU.
On the other hand, 4GB of RAM has been listed, but we can expect the device to be available in more RAM and storage options. Talking about the screen resolution, the POCO M7 5G will get 720×1640 pixels with a screen density of 320 dpi. Additionally, it will run Android 14 out of the box with a custom OS skin.
According to reports, the POCO M7 5G is expected to have a punch-hole display, with the camera aligned at the center and thin bezels on all sides. The chin at the bottom is slightly thicker than the bezels, which is common in this segment.
The Google Play Console listing also confirmed the front design, which looks similar to the POCO M7 Pro 5G. Other specs are still unknown, but we’ll likely get to know more soon.
The company hasn’t officially confirmed the POCO M7 5G India launch, but it is expected to arrive soon. Regarding the price, it will be slightly higher than its predecessor, so we can expect the POCO M7 5G to be priced around ₹14,000–₹15,000 or something along the lines.
