According to reports Vivo X100s will launch in China with Vivo X Fold 3 series, Vivo Pad 3 series later this month. But currently vivo hasn’t officially confirmed about it.

According to tipster Digital Chat Station, Vivo X100s will be powered by Mediatek Dimensity 9300 SoC with 1.5K AMOLED display and the device is expected to come with 100W Wired charging.
Vivo X100s will come with a flat metal frame and glass back panel. Vivo X100s rumored to launch in Titanium, Green, Black and White color options.
Earlier tipster also tipped, Vivo X100s will be powered by Mediatek Dimensity 9300+ SoC which is expected to be the overclocked version of Mediatek Dimensity 9300 SoC with flat OLED display and 5000mAh battery.
