Today, the company has announced its 5G services to Patna and Chandigarh. The company stated that Vi users can claim unlimited 5G services using their 5G supported devices. Vodafone Idea (Vi) stated that 5G services in Mumbai last month where 70% of Vi users are getting 5G unlimited service and 20% of total network data traffic.
The company said that they will expand the 5G services to Delhi and Bengaluru starting in May. Earlier this month, Vi rolled out 5G services to major cricket stadiums in 11 cities across India that will allow cricket enthusiasts to enjoy IPL and other matches without hassle. Vodafone Idea (Vi) providing Rs 299 as Introductory price for unlimited 5G data to Vi users. With the introductory plan, you will get unlimited 5G data, 1GB of 4G data, and unlimited calls with 100 SMS/Day.
Additionally, the company has teamed up with Samsung to roll out its network in Chandigarh and Patna. As part of the upgrade, they have introduced energy-efficient solutions and vRAN technology to make the network more flexible and boost performance. Plus, they’ve also brought in an AI-powered Self-Organizing Network (SON) system to help automatically optimize the network for better service.
