On January 4, Xiaomi released the Redmi Note 13 5G series smartphones in India. During the unveiling, the company confirms that the Note 13 5G series handsets will soon receive the update and be ready for HyperOS. Now Company confirms, they are rolling out the HyperOS with android 14 update on Xiaomi 13 Pro in India.
Xiaomi 13 Pro HyperOS Update
The HyperOS upgrade for the company’s flagship smartphone is now rolling out in India, according to Sandeep Sarma, Associate Director of Marketing at Xiaomi India. The HyperOS upgrade is 1.9GB in size and has the version number 1.0.1.0.UMBINXM.
The smartphone has been updated to include the December 2023 security patch. The HyperOS upgrade for POCO F5 devices has already begun to trickle out in India. Xiaomi affirms that a small number of users are first given the update in order to test it for issues.
After verification, Xiaomi will distribute the update to all other owners of the Xiaomi 13 Pro smartphone. According to Xiaomi, the update will be available to all Xiaomi 13 Pro users by the end of January.
