Threads is a rival and competitor of twitter from Instagram, Threads also has similar UI and functionality like twitter. Where you can post the text updates which will display in a centralized feed.
In the centralized feed you get all text updates from people you follow and recommend and at bottom you get the tab sections – Home, Search, Create Threads message, like, Profile. When you go to the Profile section you’ll see two layouts – First Threads you post and second for your replies.
Instagram Threads has Twitter like features, a reshare button and the quote tweet button. You can post photos, videos and links on Threads, you can post up to 5 Minutes videos and up to 500 characters texts.
How to download, use Instagram Threads
- Instagram Threads available in android, iOS platforms.
- Once you download the Threads app you’ll see the login option with your Instagram account.
- After logged in you can set up the account details & Profile pictures new or import from logged in Instagram profile.
- Then you’ll get the option to make your profile public or private.
- While setting these options you also have the option to follow the same as you logged in Instagram account.
- That’s it your Instagram Threads account is now ready to use.
